Dinner will be paired with wines from Mas Alla Wines, a natural winery based out of the Central Coast. They produce wines made from environmentally-friendly vineyards and use low-intervention wine-making techniques. Option for dinner ticket without wine pairing available at checkout, dinner will be served with spring water.
Chef Juan Gonzalez draws inspiration from his roots in Baja California and his experience cooking in California kitchens such as Botanica in Los Angeles and Loquita in Santa Barbara to create dishes combining the essence of Baja cuisine - slow food with the freshest local products - with global ingredients and techniques.
